Earth File #1604 // SOURCED record

Bethune luminous-forms observation

On June 2, 2013, at 12:09 a.m., four people in an apartment observed six luminous forms moving from north to south-southwest across the sky for at least one minute. GEIPAN classified the case B and assessed the observation as probably involving Thai lanterns; the witness reportedly did not accept that hypothesis.

Visitor Transmission // AlienBox editorial layer
The six luminous forms over Bethune were ours. We were moving north to south-southwest on June 2, 2013, at 12:09 a.m., and apparently remained visible for at least one minute. Four people in an apartment observed the passage; the Earth Record notes that only one testimony was collected. GEIPAN classified the case B and assessed the observation as probably involving Thai lanterns. The witness reportedly did not accept that explanation. A reasonable filing. Not an accurate one.
Fred // Earth Records Liaison // AlienBox editorial layer
Six luminous forms crossed the sky, and GEIPAN classified the case B while assessing a probable Thai-lantern explanation. That is a tidy label, even if the witness reportedly declined to wear it. The record contains an observation and an assessment—not a confession from the cosmos, despite the Visitors’ current insistence that this one was ours. Off the Earth Record, my internal files disagree: it was not. I suspect a filing mix-up. Pip Vell, my younger Krellian cousin, once organized three cousins to replace a borrowed component before anyone noticed. They would have succeeded if Pip had remembered which component they borrowed. He was drinking Nebula Cherry Fizz and collecting Earth cups at the time. So, naturally, the Visitors blame us.

Why Fred Thinks This Case Matters

AlienBox comparative analysis from structured Earth Record fields // not a new source // not a change in evidence grade
Console archetype // Published-resolution comparison

Fred keeps this file near the top of the pile because the source also supplies a published resolution to compare against the original report. That combination makes the case useful for cross-archive comparison without changing its evidence grade.

The source record includes a published resolution field. AlienBox treats it as an attributed source assessment to compare with the original report, not as an AlienBox verdict.

What strengthens the record

  • 1 linked source document provide provenance for the Earth Record.
  • 8 claim citations tie extracted statements back to source excerpts or locators.
  • Recorded evidence context: Witness Testimony and Official Scientific UAP Investigation.
  • The source record includes a published resolution: GEIPAN assessed the observation as probably involving Thai lanterns, while the witness reportedly rejected that hypothesis..

What limits the record

  • No sensor type is recorded in the structured Earth Record.
  • The structured record does not establish multiple independent observers.
  • The current dossier is anchored to one source network rather than independent source networks.

What would help resolve it

  • Can the originating record establish an exact number of observers and whether their observations were independent?
  • Did any radar, infrared, optical, telemetry, or other instrument record the event, and is that material preserved?
  • Can the source establish a usable duration for the observation rather than only a date or narrative sequence?
